The RDI-615 drill is designed to meet the special requirements of steel fabricators. With a maximum material width of 600 mm, they can machine steel beams, angle iron, box sections iron, U-Profile iron and Flat steel. With 15 tools available in the automatic tool changers, they can drill carbide, thread, center, countersink and mill slotted holes. This new generation of drills is designed to be compact and stable. It is robust and has low vibration on the drill shafts, using an integrated spindle motor. The front drill is mounted on the horizontal clamp the make it extra compact and stable. In addition, the powerful servo motors and ball circulating spindles make it a fast and highly accurate machine. All materials can be laid against each other. Our machine takes up limited space.
This RDI 615 machine can be combined with a band saw and/or autosorter to further automate the production line and produce without an operator.
