RDR-1036

The RDR-1036 drilling machine is designed for large volume steel fabricators. With a maximum material width of 1060 mm, the machine can machine steel beams, angle iron, box sections iron, U-Profile iron and Flat steel. With 36 tools available in the automatic tool changers, they can drill carbide, thread, center, countersink and mill slotted holes. This new generation of sub drill lines is designed for faster production. The new sub axes offer the advantage of independent simultaneous drilling. Combined with the high material transport speed (up to 60 m/min.), this results in a productivity increase of up to 50%. The RDR series is built in an extra-heavy tube frame to handle high speeds and minimize vibrations on the drilling axes. Servo motors and ball reversing spindles make it both a fast and high precision machine. The heavy and powerful material rollers have an integrated measuring system to measure the height and width of the profile. All materials can be placed against each other. Our machine takes up limited space.

These RDR machines can be combined with a band saw and/or autosorter to further automate the production line and produce without an operator.
