Auto Sorter

The Auto Sorter allows the fully automatic production line to produce continuously. It is placed directly behind the saw and removes waste or short products (<1250 mm) that cannot be processed on the cross conveyors. They are thrown into one or more bins or pallets, while longer products are transported normally downstream. The operation is unique and very reliable. The Auto Sorter moves to the saw table onto which pieces of cut material (from 5 to 1,250 mm) are pushed. The conveyor brings the product into position where it is pushed sideways by the ejector.
